Hello Consignors!

We are just 1 week away from drop off day! Who’s busy tagging?

I know this is a long one, but there are several really important details in this email, so please please take a few minutes to read everything here thoroughly!

Paypal Payments- If you want your consignor payment through PayPal, learn how to sign up at http://rugratsresale.weebly.com/paypal.html PayPal payments should arrive between Tuesday, September 22nd and Wednesday, September23rd and paper checks should arrive in the mail about a week after that.

SHARE! Please be sure to share the event on Facebook and tell your friends to come shop. The more shoppers, the more items that sell, the bigger your check!

If you used the Professional Tagging Service, you can ignore the rest of this email.

Your MyResale Account will shut down at 9am on Wednesday, September 16th . At that point, you will still be able to print tags, but you will no longer be able to add items to your inventory, make changes to your inventory or change your drop off appointment.

Drop off details:  If you haven’t already signed up for a drop off appointment, please do so through your MyResale account.  Experienced consignors know how drop off works, but if you are new, visit http://rugratsresale.weebly.com/consignor-drop-off--pick-up.html to learn what drop off entails and what consignor responsibilities are.  

When you enter the parking lot for the Blair County Convention Center, you will need to stay left and go down the hill, bypass the parking garage, go around the building and look for the big rolling door on the right. There will be signs.

All items should be hung and tagged properly; free of stains, pet hair, & odors; and are not broken. If you have any items that are not accepted, you will need to take them home with you after drop off. Please take a minute to review our quality standards and accepted items list so drop off can go quickly and smoothly.

You will need to set up any large items that require assembly, such as cribs, toddler beds, pack ‘n plays, activity mats, strollers, high chairs, swings, etc. These items sell much better when they are assembled!

Just Kids Resale Drop Off is Wednesday!

Yay Consignors! That’s it! Thanks so much for getting all of your items entered!


Consignors may shop on Thursday at 2pm, 3pm, or 4pm. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY GUESTS WITH YOU.  Don’t forget your reusable shopping bags!

Wednesday is drop off day!  Volunteers will be checking for items that are not accepted and/or do not meet our quality standards. Battery operated toys must have working batteries and be turned on.  Large items such as pack & plays will need to be set up, and items will need to be placed in the proper area on the sales floor.  Once everything is inspected and put out, you are free to go! Don't forget your mask.

Helpers needed on Wednesday and Friday!  Help is needed for consignor inspection and organizing on Wednesday from 5:30-8:30pm, or if you have three hours to work a shift on Friday (especially between 10am and 5pm, please let me know!  Check out the benefits of working the sale: http://rugratsresale.weebly.com/volunteers.html!

Hi everyone!  I know, I know, another long email…  But you know how I LOVE to talk...

Just a reminder that you’re running out of time to enter items into the system! You have until 9am tomorrow, September 8th! At that point you will still be able to print tags, but you will not be able to add items or make changes to your existing tags.  If you are registered but unable to consign, please take a moment to unregister.

You also will no longer be able to edit your personal info! Please go into your MyResale account and double check that your mailing address is correct. If you would like to receive payment through PayPal, please put “PAYPAL- {your paypal email address}” in the first line of the address bar and move your address down to the second line. (This is done in MyResale by clicking on Your Account Information.)

We still need helpers!- Work shifts will close down tomorrow at 9am as well, so please check out the available shifts. 

Tagging Reminders:  Please keep in mind this is a fall/winter SEASONAL sale; no summer clothing will be accepted.  This includes shorts, capris, tank tops, and sandals.  Short sleeves will be accepted, but if the racks become too crowded, they may be pulled and restocked after the presale when there is a little more space.  Also, remember that maternity and juniors will no longer be accepted at Just Kids sales. They can be sold at Women’s Resale in June.  Please DO NOT tag your junior’s size clothing as kids.

    • Practice social distancing
    • Hand sanitizer at every checkout and door
    • 30 people on the sales floor at a time for Lambert Hall

    • Consignors: Use the drop off function. The shopping slots are at the bottom under all the available drop off times.
    • Shoppers: Use the presale pass registration at https://www.mysalemanager.net/mom_start.aspx?partnercode=JKRC Presale passes for Thursday evening are $10 and public sale shopping registrations for Friday are free.
    • Workers: Those helping at the sale do NOT need to sign up for a shopping time; their time is based on the number of shifts worked.

    • Consignors- All consignors registered by midnight tonight will be entered into a drawing for a $50 Walmart of Texas Roadhouse gift card. If our consignor count goes over 100 by tonight, the prize will be a $100 gift card instead.
      • Winner must have active items entered for the sale by Tuesday 9/8 at 9am and drop items off to qualify
      • Winner will be announced on Tuesday 9/8 at 9:30am
      • Prize can be picked up at drop off

Transferring to Just Kids or Rugrats Altoona

If you used the Professional Consignment Service, please disregard this email.

The system is now open for transferring.  As long as you have the same number for all sales, you won’t need to retag your items!

Please read this email carefully to ensure that the process is completed in this exact order.  

When transferring, always remember to prepare your items in this order:
  • ALWAYS Transfer first!  Always transfer first, and keep all your consigned inventory in the same sale.  Don’t transfer just part of it- always transfer all of it.  You can inactivate out of season items, but always transfer it all.
  • Add new items.

Transferring to Just Kids:
  • The deadline for transferring inventory and adding new items is
    • September 8th at 9am
  • If you are new to Just Kids Resale, you will be assigned a random number when you register at www.RugratsResale.com.  Please email me with that number and your Rugrats State College number so I can try to get you the same number.  Please do this BEFORE transferring inventory.  If you do not have the same number with both sales, you’ll have to reprint your tags.

Seller & Donation Reports from Rugrats Resale State College

Thank you so much for another great sale!
 
Your SELLER REPORTS have been uploaded! Please take a moment to check that everything is correct.  Your DONATION REPORTS are also available and should be printed as soon as possible. They will be deleted when I set up the spring sale, and I will likely do that in October. 
 
You have until tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon to let me know if anything needs to be adjusted on your seller report. Payments will be processed Wednesday and Thursday so you should receive Paypal payments on one of those days or checks about a week later at the address listed on your seller report.  
 
Be on the lookout for a perforated envelope coming from "Bill Payment Processing Center" that looks like this: 

 
IMPORTANT!! As noted in the Consignor Agreement you signed prior to the sale and on the check itself, your check has an expiration date. The consignor checks are issued against a temporary bank account maintained by our check issuing service. After 90 days, our check service will automatically close this account and code any outstanding checks as “stop payment”. Any attempt to cash the check after this point may result in a returned check fee from your bank; so please be sure to cash them within 90 days.
 
Please give me a few days to wrap up the sale and process everything, then I will return any unread messages.  Thank you all for a great sale!

Rugrats Resale State College! Can you help?

Good morning!

Sale week is here! Yay! Let the excitement begin!

However, in order for drop off day to run smoothly, we need extra help on Wednesday for the inspection process. If you are able to sign one or more of these shifts, I would truly appreciate it! 
  • 8:00am-11:00am- 2nd most needed
  • 10:45am-1:45pm
  • 1:30pm-4:30pm
  • 4:15pm-7:15pm- MOST NEEDED!

If you have three hours to spare but they don't exactly fall into one of these time ranges, please let me know, and we will work something out!

Why help at the sale?
There are many reasons to help at the sale! The incentives for you include:

We are just a week away from drop off day! Who’s busy tagging?  The system will shut down on Tuesday, August 18th at 9am.
Please please take a few minutes to read everything here thoroughly so as to not miss some details.

We still need helpers! If you have 3 (or more) hours you can share with us, we would LOVE to have you! Workers get to shop the best deals before everyone else, you can earn a higher percentage of your sales, and you can shop ½ Price items before everyone else! Paypal Payments:  If you are interested in receiving your payment for your sold items through PayPal, please login to your account, move your address to the second line and put PAYPAL-{Your PayPal email address}  in the top line of the address bar.  You will need to Click on Your Account Information to make this change.  If you have any issues with this, please let me know.  PayPal payments should arrive by Wednesday, August 26th and paper checks should arrive in the mail about a week after that.

Please be sure to share the event on Facebook and tell your friends to come shop. The more shoppers, the more items sell, the bigger your check!

Your MyResale Account will shut down at 9am on Tuesday, August 18th. At that point, you will still be able to print tags, but you will no longer be able to add items to your inventory, make changes to your inventory or change your drop off appointment.

If you haven’t already signed up for a drop off appointment or a consignor shopping time, please do so through your MyResale account. Consignor Shopping times will work the same as the spring sale.

While you are tagging, please ensure that each of your items are hung and tagged properly; free of stains, pet hair, & odors; and are not broken. Battery operated toys must have working batteries and be turned on during inspection. If you have any items that are not accepted, you will need to take them home with you after drop off. Please take a minute to review our quality standards and accepted items list so drop off can go quickly and smoothly.

Pick up will be on Sunday, August 23rd from 5pm-6pm.

Consignors may shop on Thursday, August 20th with a shopping appointment.  To set up your appointment, please use the “Drop Off” function, scroll to the bottom of the drop off appointments and choose a shopping time.

This pandemic has been rough on us all and finding the money to spend on new summer clothes for the kids can be a little difficult, so I am allowing consignors  to spend their consignor earnings (or just part) on Saturday. When you come in to shop, just see me at the checkout area and I will give you an estimate of what you can spend; then deduct your spending from your check.

Are you tagging for Rugrats State College?

Hello fellow Rugrats taggers! (Consignors using the Professional Consignment Service may disregard this email.)
 
Rugrats Resale State College is just 2 weeks away, so it is time to start tagging (if you haven’t already)! Don’t leave everything until the last minute! :)
 
You will need to have all of your items correctly entered into MyResale by Tuesday, August 18th at 9am. After this time you will still be able to print tags, but you will not be able to add new items or make any changes to your existing tags.
 
If you haven’t yet registered, there is still time!  You have 12 days to enter all your items!  Sign up at www.RugratsResale.com.  
If you are registered but no longer able to participate in the sale, please take a moment to un-register. This option can be found under the drop down menu at the top of your “Consignor Homepage” in MyResale.
 
Consignor drop off will be on Wednesday, August 19th at Penn Skates. If you haven’t already signed up for a drop off appointment:
  • Log in to “MyResale” 
  • Under the drop down “Activities Menu” at the top of your “Consignor Homepage”, click on “Select a Drop-off Appt.” 
  • Find the time that works best for you and click “Sign Up” on the right hand side 
I will send out detailed drop off info soon!
 
Consignor pick up will be on Sunday, August 23rd at Penn Skates from 5pm-6pm. Any items not picked up by the deadline are considered abandoned and will become property of Rugrats Resale, unless arrangements were made PRIOR to the sale beginning.
