The sales' success depends on workers organizing before the sale, working during the sale, and tearing everything down after the sale.
But working isn’t all work and no play! There are valuable Worker Incentives available for everyone who works the sale. Incentives start by signing up for just one shift!

Worker Incentives

*Note: Worker shopping times may be different under Coivd-19 guidelines. Please use the times listed on the Presale page during the pandemic. 

​Sign up for one shift:

• Invitation to shop Rugrats or Just Kids Presale @ 3:30 pm (or 2:30 in Altoona).
• Invitation to shop the Worker Only 1/2 Price Presale.

Sign up for two shifts:

• Invitation to shop Rugrats or Jut Kids Presale @ 3:00 pm (or 2:00 in Altoona).
• Invitation to shop the Worker Only 1/2 Price Presale.
• Your $7 consignment fee will be waived. (Non-Labor shifts are not counted.)

Sign up for three shifts:

• Invitation to shop Rugrats or Just Kids Presale @ 2:00 pm (or 1:30 in Altoona).
• You may invite one guest to attend Presale.
• Invitation to shop the Worker Only 1/2 Price Presale.
• Your $7 consignment fee will be waived. (Non-Labor shifts are not counted.)
• Your consignment percentage increases to 75%! (One of the work shifts must be a sort shift to receive the increased percentage. Non-Labor shifts are not counted.)

Sign up for four or more shifts:

• Invitation to shop Rugrats or Just Kids Presale @ 1:00 pm.
• You may invite two guests to attend Presale.
• Invitation to shop the Worker Only 1/2 Price Presale.
• Your $7 consignment fee will be waived. (Non-Labor shifts are not counted.)
• Your consignment percentage increases to 80%! (One of the work shifts must be a sort shift to receive the increased percentage. Non-Labor shifts are not counted.)

Coming for 2021!
     For every shift you work, you get to put you name into a drawing for a $50 gift card to be pulled after the sorting shifts are complete.  Double shifts get double entries!

Work Schedule

• Worker registration will open about one month before the sale.
• Click Worker Registration State College or Worker Registration Altoona or Worker Registration Just Kids to register as a worker or modify your shifts for the sale.
• Consignors can manage their work schedule through MyResale State College or MyResale Altoona or MyResale Just Kids.
• Avoid overlapping shifts. A 15-30 minute overlap is generally OK. If you schedule overlapping shifts, you will be removed from one of your shifts.
• Plan to arrive early so you are ready to start your shift on time.
• If you are unable to make your shift, please let us know as soon as possible.
• No-shows will have applicable incentives removed and may be banned from working with Rugrats Resale in the future.
